Order Processing Time
- All orders placed on playR's website are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- For Amazon orders, processing times are managed by Amazon, and the shipping will be handled according to their standard policies.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next available business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping
- Delivery Time: Typically 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Available for orders within India and select international locations.
- Expedited Shipping
- Delivery Time: Typically 2-4 business days from the date of shipment.
- Available for orders within India.
- Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please refer to our website for the current free shipping threshold.

Shipping Fees
- Domestic (India) Orders: Shipping fees depend on the weight and size of the items. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
- International Orders: For international shipments, shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the order. You’ll be able to review the shipping fees at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or through your Amazon account if you made the purchase there.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. The shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees which are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that international deliveries may take longer to process due to customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain items may have restrictions for shipping to specific regions. If this applies to your order, you will be notified before the checkout process is completed.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for any issues or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delayed Shipments
While we do our best to ship orders on time, playR is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. If there is a delay, you will be notified with an updated tracking status.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once your order is shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, playR is no longer responsible for the package.
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable orders.
