When can I expect the delivery of my product?

Once you receive the shipping confirmation, your package will be delivered within 3-5 business days. We are constantly working to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

How do I track my order details?

If ordered from playR's official website, - Log in to your playR account > Go to My Orders > Manage your Orders >Click on “Track your order” below your respective order details.

An email and an SMS with the tracking number will be sent once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can also track your order from your account on the website by clicking "Track your Order" at the top right corner. If you are an existing user you can simply log in to your account and track your current and past order details. However, if you haven’t made an account and have signed in as a guest user - we advise you to create your account with the same guest user mail id.

Note: It can take some time before the tracking information is uploaded.

 

International Shipping Information:

We ship to over 200 countries worldwide.
Shipping charges vary based on the destination and package weight.

Delivery timelines:
Standard Shipping: 7 to 20 business days
Note: Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance, which is beyond playR’s control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Orders are processed and dispatched 1-2 business day after payment confirmation.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Any customs duties or taxes applied at delivery must be paid by the receiver.
playR is not responsible for any customs or tax-related charges applied to your order.
